1. Negotiation
When you have something for translation, you could contact us by phone or email and provide information such as language, amount, industry and translation period, and we could give you the general price based on your information. Also, you could send your translation work to us by email, and we could give you the exact evaluation accordingly. If we get agreement on the translation terms, we would sign the contract with you and start our translation for you.

2. Translation Process
If your translation work is the small one (less than 5000 words), Wembley Chinese Translation Company will assign single translator for your work. As to large translation work, we will arrange a project team for your translation if you have strict time limitation. The team leader will confirm the glossary and team members will start the translation accordingly. After starting the translation project, we will initiate supervision procedure to control the translation schedule. Then, the team leader will make overall proofreading work for clients. And finally, the project manager will submit our translation based our client's requirements.

3. Payments
We could receive our payments after submitting the translation for our local clients. As to oversea clients, we would make decision based on our clients as well as the translation project. We could accept payments by Paypal for oversea clients.

4. Relevant Service
Clients could learn the translation process and arrangements by phone or email during the whole translation. After the submission, if clients need to modify some place, we could make free modification for little amount. Or else, we would charge for  the translation based on the modified words.
